This is the project portal, which enables you see the status of all of your requests in real-time and get updates on existing cases, as well as logging new cases and requests with us.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>Your account and billing have been migrated to our new system which will issue invoices and record payments. The email we send to you might look a little different to those you&#39;ve received in the past, but none of the details have changed.</div><div><br></div><div>Because all user passwords are encrypted we were not able to migrate your password to the new system, so, we&#39;ll send a new password to the primary email address for your account.</div><div><br></div><div>If you would like to add other team members in your organisation, please let us know.
