In the last two weeks we've received reports of issues when browsing sites from several customers which include, most particularly, not being able to remain logged in - either as a customer or as an admin user - and being repeatedly sent back to the login page.

This appears to be a bug in the most recent update to Apple's iOS, either in the operating system itself or in the Safari browser and manifests randonly on multiple websites. This does not affect users of Android or Windows and will only be fixed when Apple releases a further update to fix the bugs in the last update.

If you haven't installed the latest update yet we recommend that you do not do so. If you have installed it, you may be able to roll-back to the previous working version if you do this quickly before the opportunity expires - see Apple's website for instructions on how to do this.
