Portal and Billing System Migration

We've migrated to a new project management portal and billing system, which are separate. This is the project portal, which enables you see the status of all of your requests in real-time and get updates on existing cases, as well as logging new cases and requests with us. 

Your account and billing have been migrated to our new system which will issue invoices and record payments. The email we send to you might look a little different to those you've received in the past, but none of the details have changed.

Because all user passwords are encrypted we were not able to migrate your password to the new system, so, we'll send a new password to the primary email address for your account.

If you would like to add other team members in your organisation, please let us know. They will be able to log in with their own user name, see all the cases and respond on your behalf.
